At Filiz Joya, all our jewellery is handmade by designer Phyllis O’Brien. So whether you find the perfect piece in one of our collections or you opt for a bespoke one-off, you’re guaranteed lasting quality and designs you won’t find anywhere else.
We use solid sterling silver, suede and leather combined with semi precious stones, Swarovski crystals and pearls, and we’re always on the lookout for rare and unusual stones to add to our collection.

How to order
All orders (ready made or bespoke) are taken over the phone, when we can also discuss sizes, styles, lengths and other requirements. We are sorry that we can’t currently take orders or payment through our website.
Delivery
We’re happy to deliver our jewellery anywhere in the world. All orders are mailed directly to your door by whichever postal method is most convenient for you. We recommend recorded delivery, which requires a signature on delivery, so you’re insured for any loss.
The cost of delivery will be added to the price of the jewellery you order. We’ll agree the cost and method of delivery with you in advance.

Gift Vouchers
Are you looking for a special gift but not sure exactly what to choose? We offer gift vouchers to any value which could be the perfect solution. We will send the gift voucher in a presentation envelope with an explanation of the bespoke service available to them. These vouchers would be redeemable against a piece or set which would be designed and handmade especially for them.
