Gift Wrap
All Filiz Joya jewellery is carefully gift wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and stylish hard boxes to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
A care label is included with each piece, with advice about the best way to store and keep your jewellery so it stays as bright and sparkly as new. We recommend you keep your jewellery in the acid-free tissue paper when not being worn, to reduce tarnishing.
If you order a matching set, we’ll gift wrap the items together in a larger, flat box. Individual items will be gift wrapped separately in ring boxes or slender necklace/bracelet boxes. And of course, if you have a particular request regarding gift wrapping, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Gift Vouchers
Are you looking for a special gift but not sure exactly what to choose? We offer gift vouchers to any value which could be the perfect solution. We will send the gift voucher in a presentation envelope with an explanation of the bespoke service available to them. These vouchers would be redeemable against a piece or set which would be designed and handmade especially for them.
